Midas Gold Mining S.A.S holds some prospection claims located at the heart of the Department of Lavalleja (180 km from Montevideo, Uruguay).
Our projects have a great potential for large-scale mining as geological surveys pointed out excellent results for gold as well as other precious and basic metals.

The Gold-Backed Debentures Certificates (GBDC) are financial instruments available for sale, entirely guaranteed by the Corporation for delivery of gold bars worldwide with Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) on the Redemption Date to Investors/Buyers who are interested in this commodity.
